Gary did a good job on the install of our oven/microwave in wall unit, cooktop, and downdraft exhaust. He was able to make modification to make everything work correctly. Only issue was with customer service. He came off as kind of arrogant and condescending to my wife and myself in the beginning. Although, he did become much more friendly and pleasant as the project progressed. Completed everything in a timely manner.
Prompt - Never had anyone show up exactly on time - They are always late really late - Clean - Precise - Professional.
He installed our microwave/oven combo and did a great job. The one flaw was that he din't remove the old oven, but he did arrange for someone else to pick it up. several days later. We would hire him again.

Gary Wood was professional, timely, and the work was of the highest quality. I appreciate the way he showed me various options and helped me select the best layout for my bathroom remodel. The TruStone shower enclosure, counter, and backsplash all look great! So does the new glass shower door, and all the new fixtures. The work was completed on the planned days, with very little disruption to our household. And there were no unexpected costs. Overall, an excellent experience.
