Gary is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I called him a day before and he was able to put me in his busy schedule the next day. He spent the night before exchanging text messages with me, studying and researching the addition information I sent. During the work, he was flexible, honest and truly listened to my needs. The job was done at high quality and I am glad that I have got to know him.

Gary was prompt, professional, pleasant and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my plumbing situation. His price was quite reasonable, also. I've been looking for an honest plumber, so Gary seems to "fit the bill"
Gary was the only one of 6 that I contacted who responded. We had a leak in shower faucet. I sent pictures, so he had an idea of what was needed. He had to go in though adjacent wall to repair a mess that the original plumber made. He fixed it, put drywall back in and returned twice to add additional filler and sand it. On the third trip I had him replace backyard floodlight and add sensor light on the front porch. The estimates given for both jobs were fine, which is why I had him do them. Gary was very quick to respond and was available the same day! My OTR microwave was installed only a few short hours after my initial call...very professional and cleaned everything up too! I definitely would call Woods Home Services again.
