Initially I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the servicemagic communitly representative whom contacted me. Ultimatley, I've got the same issue as I had initially when I contacted the service, yet I am out $160.00 When I ultimately expressed my concern regarding repair of my original electrical problem to your representative, he indicated after 2 billings that I would need to outsource to additional party the repair. Discovered a live exposed wire in basement but did not take the 5 minutes necessary to secure it. Required a visit by a second electrician for 5 minutes.
