Lowest bid I received (other than a friend who offered to do it for free but never showed up). Gary does nice work, he is very personal and professional, he was on time, but slightly over budget. Nevertheless, it was still cheaper than any other bid I got. I would not hesitate to use his services for future work.

The job -- installation of a pet door in a garage wall was simple but not performed to my expectations or standards. For example, not all seams were caulked and an open gap was left to the interior of my wall (big enough for rodents to enter). My own builder fixed the gap and finished caulking all seams to waterproof the exterior. Had we not finished the work ourselves, we would've had to deal with dog hairs being caught in the seams, water entering the walls and possibly, rodent infestation.
