The first COVID-19 death in DC was a man who lived here, and MANAGEMENT DID NOT TELL RESIDENTS. A member of the staff has died, AND MANAGEMENT DID NOT TELL RESIDENTS. Renters beware.
Starting to feel they are just collecting application fees...
Like many others here and other review outlets like Rent.com and Google, the Woodner practices unlawful and unethical accounting and residential leasing practices. They apparently continue to ignore their vermin and bed bug infestation problem. They do not return deposits unless you as the former tenant hunt them down and demand it.
Very satisfied living here! Lots of bang for the buck!
