Get directionsIf I could give no stars I would. The night shift ER triage nurses are so unprofessional and have absolutely no bedside manner. They have their own fixed jaded opinions. My husband has no medical knowledge and was terrified with the results they gave him. I asked her to make him feel more comfortable and she went off on him and I. He tried to express his confusion on the situation and she continuously said I dont care. She then gave him two shots that she stuck so aggressively it sprayed out blood and her response was oops, ... read more
My daughter was brought into the ER by police as an EPOW. She told the police she wanted to die. So, she is suicidal. We have been sitting in this ER room for two days. Day one: we were checked on about 4 times. Day two: No one has been in to see her at all. The only person making contact is Shelia, ER tech who brings food twice a day. My daughter has three infected bumps on her lower back. She is hurting, but not really complaining. The staff has been asked SIXTEEN times to PLEASE look at them. No one has. This is the absol... read more
The speech therapist Joi needs therapy herself. She came into my father’s room with a speech therapy student, and the student had to explain things to her. Joi was so confused and kept asking the same questions because she forgot. She was having more memory issues than my 80-year-old father with dementia. My dad better not get a bill for that walk down forgetting lane.
When you work in the hospital with older people you should have a heart and a lot of patience. Joi Hamm the speech therapist at the hospital was rude, disrespectful, and downright mean to m father. He has dementia and was very sick with a fever and blood sickness. He was talking out of his head and didn’t understand what people were doing to him. She treated him like a criminal and like he was doing things on purpose. Once he got better, he was back to his sweet self. If you don’t like old people, get out of hospital w... read more
*************************** is rude and unprofessional. The ** dr told ******** I did not want him working on my mother as he has been extremely rude to her in the past calling her a ***** baby and she neded to bulk up about having a stent in her kidneys, then he got so irritated at her and ripped it out in his office...so she went in as he was on call and he placed another stint day before Christmas eve called me on the phone which I am a nurse and have worked with him at CHI FOR 20+ YRS. when he called to give update, 1st ... read more
Hospital is a ripoff place. They **** your insurance an astronomical amount for an endoscopic sinus surgery as well as keep you for several hours to charge extra for holding the surgery room. I was told to report at 8:00 am for surgery, but the surgery was not done until the afternoon. I will never willingly use this hospital again. They also use out of network anesthesiologists so they can charge more, but don't tell you, even when you verify prior to surgery that they are preferred providers. That means you are stuck with ... read more
Carrie the NP in the Er is condescending, rude and does not fully examine her patients. She likes to argue and that is not a good trait for a provider. The ER was my last line of hope for help. And I got sent home w a misdiagnosis. The nurse I had, the phlebotomist and the EMS student were all great. But what does that matter when the provider will not take proper care of you.
Yes! Arrived with my son at 10 am they suggested he had covid even though he had abdominal pain which isnt a covid symptom. The doctor was very rude to me so I finally went off on her. Finally got him to x-ray at 3 pm. Said it might be his appendix. Told me they were transferring us. I asked how long? She said how would you like me to know it could take up to 48 hours. Finally got to the other hospital and since woodland wanted to be rude and do false accusations the mercles my son actually had in his intestines erupted. Not... read more
