Horrible management
I called in today to inquire about the waiting list, only to be met with the most unhappy individual I have ever encountered on the phone. She was very short with me and had a 3rd degree attitude when it was the start of her shift. WAJ management please invest in some customer service training for your employees, because it’s really needed at your Crystal Cove location.
