A very nice, quiet complex. Smoke free as of this year is a HUGE plus. My only complaint is that the workers just walk into your home with little or no notice. I've lived in other complexes, and this is the ONLY place where I've rented where the workers are bold enough to just walk in. I think that has to be illegal on some level, as on the last occasion, my spouse was in the shower, and I was getting dressed in the bedroom when we heard people moving around downstairs.
