Zachary Grandstaff completed my heat pump serving. He was prompt, funny, and carefully checked my heat pump system on the coldest day we’ve had! I also had an electrical inspection completed by Matthews James who replaced my old smoke detector with a new 10 year battery system. Again Woodfin is my go to group for all home needs!
Scott Smith was very thorough and polite. Answered questions I had. I want to request him to check out our other heat pump. He explain to me the "plan" wihich I will be calling to set that up with Scott to be the service person. Thank you
Excellent customer service! I wanted to give a special mention to Aaron Jacobs. He was prompt and really took his time to help explain the problem. Also want to thank the crew that came out to install our new water heater. You don’t realize how important hot water is until you don’t have it.
