I’ve just begun using Woodfin recently. Our hot water heater broke on Sat., Dec. 21st late in the afternoon. Woodfin had a technician at my house within an hour. The technician, Paul, went out of his way to make sure I had a new water heater installed by noon the next day, saving me from a ruined holiday week without water. I was so impressed that I signed up for their whole house protection package (heat pump, electrical, plumbing). The technicians came on 1/6/20 to conduct all 3 inspections.
