Had to call for repair service for the first time since Woodfin installed my heat pump 3 years ago. They came the same day, Larry was very friendly, explained everything to me, and repaired the wire that had failed. I have the comfort plan and schedule my PMs faithfully, so it appears that the cost of the plan is good insurance for the times you really need it. I am very pleased with my experience with Woodfin for both my current heat pump and the oil system I had before that.

Nick performed a Plumbing Inspection & Safety Report for our home today, as well as gave us quotes and recommendations on replacing a toilet and reconfiguring plumbing under our kitchen sink, which was previously done incorrectly by another plumbing vendor. He was knowledgeable on all areas in question, asked if we had any further questions, was very professional and personably. We will request him to return to do the repairs recommended.
Patrick and his helper Matt were very professional and diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. Repairs made and hopefully we are now good to go.
