BY KEEPING CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF PROGRESS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS.
We bought a new heat pump system last year. It’s worked well and the warranty checks were convenient. Brett Dempsey did a fine job on the warranty check.
Jeff was here yesterday to do a couple of repairs on our heating system. He did an excellent job and everything is running well now.
Very prompt and courteous response today to my unexpected leak. Gene was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend him highly.
I have had a HVAC contract with Woodfin for about 6 years- always reliable, efficient & polite. I had a problem with my dryer the needed the electrical socket & plug replacing. I asked them to come and give a quote - the electrician, Justin, did the work to the best standard possible, much better than the previous setup was done (which had nearly caused a fire) and left the area spotless, also asked if anything else needed doing & I remembered a little job which he also did. Robert Brown was wonderful. He took the time to explain each step he was taking to make sure that I knew what he was looking for and what was needed. He was very polite and explained that when my system was replaced they put another coil in the indoor unit that was not designed which it was not designed for so they tried to modify the indoor unit and there are air leaks and air can bypass the coil. I would recommend Robert 100%. Thank you
