I agree with the other reviewer - the anesthesiologist and nurses were excellent and friendly. However, billing and payment is a nightmare. No idea what's going on with payments. Any phone number to call is a dead end. If they provide a GOOD number, I'll change this review.
UPDATE - 2 months later I’m still having problems. Figured out how to issue the payment directly from the HSA instead of using my card. They still will NOT ACCEPT the payment because the HSA issued a “v-pay”. Now after receiving more late notices from them and more time on the phone with the HSA the payment was cancelled and a check was issued 13 days ago. Hasn’t been accepted/cashed yet but hoping it will. If you plan to pay through an HSA or with a card don’t use them!! Services were good and anesthetist was very nice. How... read more
