Not a place I would regularly visit. Called for an appointment and was not seen for over an hour after my scheduled time. Upon walking in, it was silent. No music, no livelihood. And no greeting. I found my way to pick a color and sat down. Minutes passed and finally someone asked me “what do you want today”. I told them I had an appointment for a gel manicure. I called the salon prior to coming in to schedule an appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments due to the holidays only walk in. I went in, waited two hours because a friend highly recommend them, and wanted my nails done for the holiday. She finally started my nails, she asked where I went previously when I said where she asked why I didn’t just go back there. (Not something someone cares to hear after waiting two hours). I went in for a fill, and it took 3 hours. I showed them a picture of my design I wanted and they didn’t do the design fully as was pictured
