This place made me cry bc of how mean and demanding they are, oh and even if you have a schedule appointment expect to wait an extra 30+ minutes before you get in a chair!
Unfortunately, bad customer service seems to be an on-going issue. On at least 4 separate occasions this year, we have been made to feel like we are in trouble for wanting to give them business. Each time we had appointments booked. We were made to feel unwelcome and like a burden. When we gave our tip, the staff has even rolled their eyes at us. An amazing set. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t have time to get them done at home (Houston), these nails were incredible. I’ve never gotten so many compliments. At least six people have asked who my nail tech is because the art was so cute. I believe the artist name was Annie, and I wish I could fly her down every two weeks.
