My husband and I just came in on Friday to get a mani/pedi. I got the gel nails done. April 24-2026, 3 days into my vacation in the Bahamas, 3 of my nails have peeled off!! We also had an appointment for 9 am. But others walked in and were taken care of first while my husband and I had to wait to get our manicure done. Very disappointed. I would like a refund on my nails. That is ridiculous! I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be back.
Save yourself time & money, go elsewhere. Called for an appointment and was not seen for over an hour after my scheduled time. Upon walking in, it was silent. No music, no livelihood. And no greeting. I found my way to pick a color and sat down. Minutes passed and finally someone asked me “what do you want today”. I told them I had an appointment for a gel manicure. I just moved to Beaver Dam. Im not new to getting my nails done I get my nails done every 2 to 3 week but this was the worse experience I have ever had I called a head of time they told me to be there in a hour so I was when I got there me and my husband walked in. The older man working then told me to pick a color never told me where they are.
