Very dissapointed with how they treated my wife a regular for a very long time . They yelled at her for the water overflowing in the foot basin . She does not control how much water to put in they do. The male owner then made nasty remarks about her nails not being cut properly . The girl who was doing the pedicure hurried her sandals back on before the polish was dry and ruined one nail . I normally never get my nails done because the jobs I work would really beat them up. But my daughter had a special event and is getting to the age where she is interested in having her nails done, so I surprised her by bringing here here to get her first set of nails. Upon arrival there was only a couple people getting pedicures. Super bad experience, terrible customer service and the whole staff is rude and disrespectful
They do appointment and walk ins. Cool. They also make their appointments wait a long time. I don't think they manage time well. They just "herd the cattle through" . While I'm in chair watched another client literally wait in chair for an hour. I timed it. She was sitting before me! Sorry if you take the time to make an appointment then you should get priority service over walk ins.
I did not want to even give one star but apparently you have to pick one to leave a review. Went in and lady said pick a color. So I sat down for about 15 minutes and looked through colors. Same lady said you can go over for pedi. Put my feet in water, nice young girl came over and put down my arm rest and very friendly. She said you pick color?
