my baby boy was transferred from morgan city to Womans & Children's in Lafayette. he was diagnosed with Bacterial meningitis and was put in PICU Docter V told me there was a slim chance of survival and that the next 48 hrs could be crucial. i was told my baby boy would possibly never function correctly. MY LITTLE MAN TOOK HIS FIRST STEPS TODAY! thanks to the amazing staff, my baby boy pulled through and was given a CHANCE!!
They are great with kids and found out wat was goin on with my baby
Been sitting here in the ER for over an hour , they let 2 people go ahead of us , so say because of the urgent care of the other two but I say it’s because of the form of her insurance. When you go to an ER that means your sick , how they gonna tell someone how they feeling different from someone else. 😡
Could not have asked for a better labor and delivery experience. Dr Caillet stayed all night so he could deliver my son and avoided a c section by doing so. The nurses that helped where all amazing as well, the comfort measures to avoid an epidural like I wanted were all there. The stories I had heard about hospital staff intervening to make things easier or more convenient for themselves was definitely not true for me.
