RecommendedI have to say I was having a not so enjoyable pregnancy. The doctor I was seeing was not making me feel heard. His office was never reachable and I felt very uneasy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff in NICU. OUR SWEET Koah has been in there for 4 long months. He has had the Best of the Best of nurses and Dr there. They all hold a Special Place in our hearts.. We Love Each and Every One of You.
I was recently here with a family member who was having her baby. Nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was welcome. The nurses on the labor unit were wonderful and very attentive. Emily and Kat were especially friendly as well as the charge nurse Jill. Thanks to them, my family has a great experience here. Definitely recommend. No complaints. Nursing staff is amazing!
The team of Doctors and Nurses that worked together and helped my daughter through her journey was amazing . Her father and I are so great for all their hard work. We can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. Our daughter became ill 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. She had pneumonia in her lungs and had staph infection in her right shoulder. I had my baby at 34 weeks 10/6/2020. the NICU nurses are amazing! brittney has been my favorite nurse! highly recommend.

Surprised many of the employees were not wearing masks or wearing then under their noses especially at registration and some security guards. The radiology team that helped us were all masked.

From the beginning the staff never treated my daughter for what we brought her there for. The head nurse was rude and unprofessional. When my daughter’s mother inquired about a process they were doing, she was told “you can look it up”. They even referred to my daughter as “taking up a bed” because they were inept on how to treat her. I will never take anyone in my family there again, and I strongly suggest people reconsider taking their loved ones there as well. It was a frustrating and heartbreaking experience.

I delivered my daughter on 04/07/2020. My Doctor was amazing, Dr. Mario Cardinale! Seriously the BEST doctor there is! My L&D nurse KAT was also freaking fantastic! However, every last other person I encountered were complete trash. I came in on a Saturday with blood pressure readings at home around 160/110. I got a god awful on call doctor who said I just had a headache (which yes I did), gave me pain medication and sent me home.
