All the employees were very professional. I was very pleased with the service provided by the employees and the dentist and her assistant.
I was to have an unplanned emergency root canal, and I was treated very well by very nice people.
My experience with the Wolgin staff and Dr. Wolgin was wonderful. Dr. Wolgin greeted me at the door, as well as his assistant, Dr. explained exactly what he was doing and it was painless. I had no pain after, and was able to eat lunch. There is also complimentary parking from Dr. Wolgin, what doctor does that, that's a plus. But that's the they only reason to use the practice, Dr. Knows what he is doing.
The office visit from scheduling the new patient appointment to the actual procedure was incredible. So easy, so quick. The staff could not be more reassuring, sweet, informative or efficient. To top it off, the office was exceptionally clean. Best experience ever!!!
I never had a root canal before and the thought of losing a tooth was very upsetting. Dr. Wolgin saved my tooth and stopped the pain. It was a fairly short procedure and there was no pain. Given the process and what everyone says about a root canal I can honestly say my experience was excellent. Still have to go back so looking forward to getting the rest completed.
Every member of the staff was very kind and helpful. My doctor thoroughly explained every step of my root canal. She took my x-rays and explained to me what we were seeing so I could understand too (something I always wished my previous endodontist would do). She then explained my options in detail so I could make the best decision for me, instead of trying to sell the most expensive option. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable service provided in a great office atmosphere.
Very efficient, professional and fast service. Had to make an urgent appointment the same day - was accepted without a problem. I would definitely come back if I need to.
