My visit was very pleasant and Dr. Wolgin is very quick and efficient. The only critique I have is that I wish the full process of a procedure is explained beforehand and not just the part of the procedure that occurs in their office. For a root canal, not knowing the usual outlay of work that had to be done, I wish I would have been talked to beforehand about the fact that after I was finished at their office, there were at least 2 additional visits I would have to undergo with my regular dentist and at an additional cost (... read more

I liked Dr, Bergen, but would have like to also speak with Dr. Wolgin. Aside from the difficulty scheduling, visit was good. I called to schedule and told desk I could not come beteen 10 and 11 AM due a conflict. Had to deal with a text a few days later saying "your appoinbtment is at 10:45". I called and reexplained the conflict, rescheduled for 12:15. Got another text saying come at 10:45, then got told at desk when I arrived around 12 that I missed my sppointment in time; the doctor was going to lunch. I know what I said ... read more

The receptionist was empathetic to my issue and was able to get me an appointment ASAP. The root canal was completed quickly. I was in the office about 1 hour. I had a great experience and would recommend.

I was in So much pain prior to my Procedure. Dr. Wolgin made my gums numb with ease. He was as gentle as possible and within seconds I was numb. I did not feel a thing during the procedure. Although I was a little sore the next day (As expected) I was not in pain. I'm so happy that I'm not in pain and that the procedure was painless!!! And to top it off, It only took him about 10 minutes to fix the issue. Additionally, The Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly.

I would like to make a few suggestions. Before I saw Dr. Wolgin I was called 3 times to confirm my appointment. This could have been done over the internet- nan32@verizon.net- as other dentists do. Each time I was called I confirmed I was coming. Also I had to be x-rayed again even though I was x-rayed by Dr. Smithgall recently for my left upper back tooth.
