Could not have made a root canal any more pleasant!!! Felt comfortable and confident.
I was very nervous before the root canal, I was in a lot of pain and I hate any kind of medical procedure. Everyone there is just a natural at making you feel at ease,friendly, relaxed and they have a smile ofr you, from reception to the Dentist to the dental assistant. I was so relieved and now am on my way to healing.
As I mentioned to Dr. Wolgin, this was by far the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. The staff were friendly but not overbearing (especially Kelly--she immediately made me feel at ease). Dr. Wolgin was responsive to my concerns and checked in with me throughout the procedure. The only thing that could be different (and it's just my personal preference) is the amount of information provided throughout the procedure. Dr. Berson was very understanding of any anxiety I had over my procedure. She is professional and clearly very knowledgeable in her field and she was an all around nice person who I would definitely return to if I ever need any future procedures or concerns. She was also very accessible regarding any concerns I had following my root canal.
It was my first visit, a consult. It was a pleasant experience. A very professional staff.
Referrred by my Oral Surgeon to this office, excellent service, I couldn’t keep the initial appointment, office staff immediately assisted with an alternate appointment. Dr. Wolgin treated me, im feeling much better. Staff at this office was phenomenal!!!
Dr. Wolgin and his team make the root canal process virtually pain free and comfortable. The front desk team are extremely professional and friendly. There were no costs that I was not aware of before having my procedure. I did not wait long to be seen upon arrival and the free parking they provide made this service that much better!!
"I'd rather have root canal than....." This phrase has been used by people to describe something painful i.e. "I'd rather have root canal than go to the mall on Black Friday." And the images that root canal conjures up make a zombie apocalypse seem like a better alternative. But, the folks at Wolgin Wndodontic Group make the process, if not pleasant, pain free.
