I called Dr. Wolgin's group on a Tuesday morning in extreme pain. I'd never been to their office before. They had me come straight in, did an x-ray and a quick "cold" test to confirm my fear - I needed a root canal. They were ready to help me on the spot and willing to squeeze me in between clients. I can tell you I was terrified but Dr. Wolgin and his team were comforting and even funny. They put me at ease. The root canal (my first) was super easy. I'm so thankful I called them.
Dr. Wolgins Office was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable about my procedure. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. My procedure was done in a timely manner, I did not have to wait long. It was a great experience.
These are the right people in Philadelphia if you need root canal work. Always professional, respectful and effective. And a very friendly atmosphere. 100% happy with their work.
Excellent visit. Considering that I was getting a root canal, I was relaxed and felt like I was in good hands.
I went to this practice because they informed me my insurance would provide 100% coverage for my route canal. After telling the receptionist that I have anxiety related to the procedure, she offered nitrous without informing me that it would cost $100 to get the nitrous. I only found out about the $100 charge after the procedure was complete. Had I known of the cost, I would have declined the nitrous. Great environment, friendly and professional staff, top notch service.
Everyone I interacted with at Wolgin was amazing! Going to the dentist/endodontist/etc almost always causes me severe panic attacks and everyone who works there was very supportive of finding solutions to make me comfortable. I had to have a root canal [the absolute WORST] and I don't think I've ever had a better experience. It was also incredibly quick.
I had a very wonderful experience. The staff was polite and the dentist was very pleasant.
