Absolutely zero cares in their responsibilities. Shana Gripper, to her own admission today, had failed to mail out notice per NC State Statute for a meeting this evening my owners association is having. I spoke with her this morning and per her request, sent an email, this morning, requesting the meeting be postponed, she waited until the end of the day to forward, if she even did that. Wow! This is my life, my money you are messing with. Shana should be fired.
I am part of the community managed by WM Douglas. It has been a painful journey for our family. Not sure all the folks in the company are that horrible or our representative is that way. There are no common rules to all the residents and communication is awful - it is almost like talking to a wall. Never pay attention to your side of story and always have threatening tone in response. If you are looking to hire this company to manage your property, please do not do it.
I feel like I am paying for the troubles. In Short, 1) They are horrible and harsh communicators. 2) They only care about money, not about the residents / community. I was fined heavily for having backyard garden which is common in my community. I enquired in my community, no one has taken permission to have garden. I tried to show proofs but never cared to listen, always comes back as ‘you are fines are continuing’. In short, I was asked to power wash one side of my house. I did. It wasn't good enough for them. Now, I'm being asked to power wash the entire house within 10 days or they will start fining me! I figure it is just out of spite! They are terrible communicators as well.
