Poor quality service. After almost a year of loyal service I had the worst experience today that I've ever had at a nail salon. They mistakenly cut my nail so short it bled, not realizing that under the gel were my REAL nails and not tips. When asked what could be done to fix the issue, the only thing I was told was that I needed tips on. Obviously, I grow my own nails because I don't want tips.
