I just had a massage with James and it was incredible. I have had hundreds of massages and my experience was one of my top 3. Coco gave me a green tea pedicure and a manicure. She is wonderful. Everyone in the shop is pleasant and you don't feel like their talking about you
Wow, have they gone down the tubes! The regular manicure has gotten so pathetic. No more cleansing crystals in the soaking water (they said they only do it on spa pedicures.....since when?), no longer will they remove dry skin around the nails (they said they only do it on spa pedicures.....since when?) No shoulder massage while drying your nails (they said they only do it on spa pedicures.....since when?). The ONLY thing i liked about WiWi is the disposible tub liner they used. I’ve been going there for a while, but I won’t be going back anymore. They rush all the time and my nails always turn out crooked and/messed up in some way!
I use to love going there but lately they are charging more for every little thing, and the products are not lasting. I got a gel manicure and it would normally last 14 days, but i got one on a Tuesday and it started chipping Friday. :(
Pretty much the worst mani/pedi I’ve had!
I will never go back to this place after going here for the last two years!!! Today and two weeks ago we're the worst experiences going there!!!! After my nails were messed up due to this place I was offered $5 dollars off the next time I come in!!! Not going to waste my time!!
Their shaping sucks and they do the nails way too thin . Won’t be back
I always get great service. I have had manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. All were gently and expertly done.
Trash, dirty, rude, and not worth your money. I've been going for years, since they opened and I refuse anymore. Good thing is Beauty Nails & Spa farther down on Southside is keeping my nails perfect and I'm not getting infections!
