Customer service was horrible! The waiting time of 10 minutes turned into 45. They don't show any pride in their work. Never would I recommend.
I have been going to Wiwi since it opened in Oneonta and I am sad to say that the cleanliness, quality, and service has gone drastically downhill. I will not be going back.
Tried this place again, dirty tools. Hey use the same Emory board on everyone,ugh.I got the mani/pedi. Mani looks nice but the pedi was botched when my shoe went on,this happend when I left the salon. So my fault, I did let them dry for over an hour. I went back the next day to have the two toes fixed, the guy said I have no time for that, you come back when not busy! I said I can wait, he said no,not today,go. Rude and poor customer service. I’ll never go back!!
They were very unprofessional!! The place was dirty!!!!!!! I had a pedicure and manicure that they rushed through and when I left the place my manicure was all messed up. There was not enough help,and it was a Friday!! I had my Mom with me and they were very rough with her. I' m from out of town and was very disappointed with the service. I WILL never go back again!!!Was not worth the price that I paid!!!!

I was charged $92 for a mani and pedi. $15 extra for gel.polish which started to chip after 1 week. Do not go to this place! they are a total rip off!
