The person who did my pedi yawned and sighed through the process and then grated the side of my foot so that it is red and inflamed and impossible to walk. That put to rest the opportunity to go on two hikes this weekend. I paid $54 to be put out of commission by someone who obviously was not interested in doing her job and did a lousy one as a result. I will never ever go back there again.
Most disrespectful people ever, they took pictures and video of her as she was walking out to our vehicle and made fun of her. This is how they treat paying customers, we will never go there again!
Wow what a spa! Full service, competitive pricing! My daughter and I are travelling though and decided to give this place a try. Puts other nail salons in my area to shame. Clean, timely, precise and thorough!

Oh wow!!! where to begin??? I asked for acrylics and it was downhill from there. I understand everyone is doing ANC or whatever it is ..but acrylic worked fine for the last two decades and I only wanted them for a conference I was attending. When I sat down he picked up the powder for the ANC and I politely said NO THANK YOU...ill stick to the acrylic and powder. From that point forward he was incredibly rude and rough. I went to Wiwi today with my 3 daughters for a girls day out pedicure. Usually Wiwi is good however today - rushed us through, burnt my daughters feet with hot towel and water, one thin layer of polish, over priced for basic pedicure $25, weak massage chair. Waaaaaa Won't go back.
Called and made appointments for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures. Showed up on time to several others ahead of us waiting with appointments too, and no one available to do the services we had appointments for. We were turned away. Unprofessional and will never go back.
Usually I have nothing but nice things to say about this place but this time I was getting a pedicure when a tech tripped over the wax and it spilt all over, wax was all over my sandals the only thing they were willing to do is give me a pair of the earth which I'm sorry there's a huge price difference and they were different color that when even give me half print off my pedicure that I received or do anything about it and I'm sorry that's not fair understand it was an accident but still something should have been done!!
I only go during the week. If you try to go during peak hours on a weekday or weekend you most likely won’t be happy. Weekdays around 10 are usually best.
