We came on a very busy Saturday in the middle of the summer. It was a bit chaotic getting tubes and transportation to the drop off for our tubes. Despite the hiccups in our trip, Joel went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. He rectified any issues we had and his customer service was superb. We will be back to Wisners again. Recommend making a reservation in advance.

We had reservations for a big group. They didn’t put us on the bus to the river for a hour and then once we got there they didn’t bring any tubes. So we had to wait another 45 min for them to actually get the tubes.
