We saw the post that those wearing masks could take the bus, so we felt safe to get on a bus if everyone was masked, as the post suggested. However, this was not the case. Absolutely no social distancing precautions were in place and NO ONE else on the bus (including the driver) wore a mask. They were even singing, eating, and COUGHING! No marks are on floor for social distancing. No one wears masks there not even employees no guards up. No social distancing or cleaning of transport bus. Nothing marking end of trail just have to notice that it is mile marker 18. Went past it and had to try to paddle backwards to get out. The staff was working hard and were helpful and nice but compared to Lansing MI it is totally different with no safety in place for Covid.

Yes sorry about that, normally a lot better but 4 cars parked in our loading zone so we were really struggling to load stuff in our baby trailers and get it out of the way but they made it nearly impossible
I did have a bad experience but have since talked with the owners and they are making it right. I understand things do happen and admit my own fault in not understanding the dangers. I am glad that we are alright and wisners is going to reevaluate their safety measures to prevent further incidences. We will be returning when the river level is down.
