RecommendedWe can’t wait to come back to Wisner again! Wisner went so above and beyond to not only cater to our large group, but keep us safe after our bus driver (privately hired, not at all associated with Wisner) ended up being intoxicated. They went out of their way after hours to find us a different driver and keep us safe on an hour trip home. The manager Greg is fantastic and made our experience wonderful
i had a lot of fun, but the blatant lack of masks and social distancing was absolutely absurd. My boyfriend and i were the only people wearing masks. And that is 2/45 people we could SEE. They had the arrows on the floor for “social distancing” but they weren’t being enforced by any means. About 45 people clumped together, no masks. Same for the bus ride too. Awesome to work with! They are right on top of it and get you out in the water fast. Highly recommend!
We have been doing an annual tubing trip here for 5 years and the staff is always wonderful. Accommodating with last minute changes to the best of their ability. Waits were a bit longer this year, but to be expected with everything going on.
Terrible terrible terrible experience. Arrived at the pickup location at 3:30. Waited over an hour and half for a shuttle. We ended up getting a ride to have one person get the car and grab the rest of the group at 5:10 with our personal car. Tried calling the office to get an update and went to voicemail every time. Would not recommend at all!
RACIST! Awful experience. I've never been disrespected in such a way. So awful!

We cannot control import export right now. Believe me, if I could get more rafts, I would, or if we could get raft repair glue, I would. But I am sorry, I do refuse to send out a family with children in a raft that I am not 100% sure will hold air the entire trip down the river. However, ERIN JOHNSON choose to just assume it was because we just didn't want to, not because we COULD NOT for safety reasons. And I will NOT take that as racism. However, I, unlike you, would not assume to know what you are thinking or feeling.

A fantastic family run outfit with great access to the Muskegon river and different trips with shuttles.
We love Wisner and go every year! However I am not recommending due to how they handle COVID19. No masks by any guests OR employees. The buses are PACKED with no one wearing a mask and no spacing in the line for social distancing. The woman who sat behind my mother on the bus coughed and sang the entire way, spraying spittle all over the back of her neck. Disgusting and dangerous. One Facebook post about COVID19 is not enough. Very disappointed and future tubers should beware.
