I booked my room through Expedia which was charged correctly. However, we gave another card upon arrival for incidentals and they charged us again for one nights stay. I called to have it corrected and they charged me a third time. Amazing efficiency right there...I have been told I will receive the credit but have yet to see it. So for one nights stay I have been charged $543. I called to speak with a manager and I have yet to receive a call back as a manager was not on sight at the time. I love winter park but 120 bucks for a lift ticket?! What happened to prices in CO
Winter park mountain lodge is so beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. However as someone who tries to be polite to everyone in customer service all I received were glares execpt from one lady. Would still stay there again but I'm hoping next time the staff is a bit more friendly.

My husband and I really enjoyed or stay here! It had everything we needed. Although, I would've liked to have an iron/board in our room (but that would've meant I'd have to work too lol).
