This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at!!! Between the rude wait staff and the filth and dirt in the hot tub. This is a one of a kind crap hole!!!
Me and my family went in November and everything was unorganized! The key to our locker didn't work. They messed up our room. The service here was very slow and people are not the friendliest
We used a groupon for our stay on September 26 and 27th. We got there about 2:30 in the afternoon, and was told that checkin time was at 4:00 and that our room was not ready, when check out time is at 10:00 am the room should be ready. The groupon stated that this was a resort. I would rate it more as a motel room. I am sure if we would not had the groupon we would had gotten a better room. At the restaurant we ordered our food and finally received it about an hour later. I was not very happy with resort at all.
Holy crap! From start finish what crap whole. Stayed two days. Had two diffrent rooms. First room... Just too many things to list. Room two.... The carpet is torn and not even attached to the underfloor. Oh ya tube tv's in this day and age. The wood furniture looks like it was left out in the rain. Delaminated really!?!? The continental breakfest is a joke. Super 8 looks like a 4-star to that. The bar.....sit down and the first thing said by the staff is....um we don't have this and that. WTF!
