I will never be staying here again after the frustrations we had. I am not one to write bad reviews and usually give the benefit of the doubt but I felt others needed to know and learn from our experience here. I spend a lot of time in the Winter Park/Fraser/Granby area being a Colorado native and I come to this area a lot, it's unfortunate I have to drive past this hotel and reminded each time what a poor experience we had. Our stay in Winter Park was wonderful. The guys kept the snow off of the sidewalk. Our cabin was nice and clean and they kept us furnished in towels. The fireplace was beautiful. I love the little village and all the shopping places. I was a party of 4 senior citizen ladies and we went there to see the snow. It snowed 2 feet while we were there. My favorite part was riding the Attic Cat to the lodge in top of the mountain. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to us. I would recommend Winter Park to anyone.
We stayed in the annex part of the Lodge on the 7th floor. The walls are paper thin, we heard every move the people above us made and the guy next door snoring.

Front desk people are rude as hell. The room is large but desperately needs renovation. Good luck taking a shower. Breakfast is 14 per person which would be fine if it were a huge buffet or something but it's not. The only good thing about this hotel is the bar. Will not be returning.
