Payed for Saturday through Friday of last week. Had a death in the family a and had to leave a day early. The hotel management stonewalled me on refunding the night we didn't stay. Checked out at 8:20 Thursday to catch our flight home. I won't be back. I would recommend staying at the lodge across the street for easier access to the slopes or a condo down the road. But this kinda greedy crap is bad customer service.

Don’t know much about the lodge itself but we booked a snow mobile trip and it was awesome!

The slopes were great but the lodge was old and dirty. Staff was not friendly. And the only bathroom downstairs for females was dirty very dirty. Would not stay there

Our first time here, it's what we expected from website and very close and convenient to Winter Park Ski Resort. We would stay here again. Great for price and location. Lift shuttle right outsde lobby door.

We stayed here this past weekend & it was so AMAZING! The staff is so very friendly, and has great recommendations. The bar/restaurant on the second level is great for a relaxed night. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. It's right across from the village that has some amazing shops & lifts.
