My family and I LOVE Winter Garden Smiles!!!! The receptionist is always so bright and cheerful and very helpful! My kids love their pediatric dentist! And my husband and i love Our dentists. They are always very nice and helpful with all our dental concerns. They explain everything (which helps with all my questions) Both are also bi-lingual, so its a plus too. Ive been here with my kids before..i loved it at first.the receptionist was rude..she literally rolled her eyes when I walked in i must admit I was late the dentist refused to see the kids i called to let them know i would be 15 min late..they said sorry it took me 6 months to get that appointment..they rather loose business..my kids have great insurance..I can understand completely..but there should be some sort of grace period..things happen..there is tons of other great dentist.. Drs. Gil and Bernal are awesome doctors. Both really caring and approachable. Their team is always responsive and create a really nice atmosphere. Always a patient first attitude and first class service. Always a pleasure visiting!!! Thank you.
