I brought my daughter here once in 2016 for a cleaning. it was her first time at the dentist and she was very nervous. the doctor was very impatient with her and acted quite annoyed. we never brought her there again because of this. we just this week received a bill for her visit in 2016, even though we had coverage at the time. they are saying insurance covered nothing and we now have to pay. it's been almost 3 years and this is the FIRST time I've heard of this bill EVER. All of the staff were so nice and professional. My hygienist, Sara was so thorough and gentle. It was the best cleaning and dental experience I have had in a long time.
Jazmin is AWESOME! She's kind, helpful and professional. Always making sure you're ok and most importantly comfortable. My entire family loves her and she's beyond amazing with my boys. The best thing about her is that she's always happy and have a big smile on her face every time I visit. Keep up the great work Jazmin! Also, Michelle is our family hygienist and she's also amazing. She takes her time and very professional. We are really happy and highly satisfied with her work.
I highly recommend Winter Garden Smiles! I bring both my kids there. Warm kid friendly staff, Janide the hygienist made my 3 year old’s cleaning entirely stress free and Dr. Bernal is amazing!!
Very displeased and switching dentists. Staff member Samantha was extremely rude and condescending.
My son had his first visit with the dentist and he didn’t feel scared. Doctor Bernal and all the staff were very friendly and very patient with my son.
