Since 1966, this basement restaurant underneath the Old Town Shopping Center has been serving American and Italian dishes that border on ambitious. In addition to a wide scope of specialty pizza and pasta options, the kitchen also serves such daring creations as pork scaloppini and stuffed eggplant crepes. And since the day it opened it still serves cheese fondue, the house specialty. Parking hassles stand as the lone blemish.

We kind of stumbled on this place when we were just driving around. We had a very enjoyable lunch.....I had the Cellar Special, a cup of minestrone, a good sized salad, and a crabcake. My partner had a large prawn and shrimp salad. Good food, superb service. Fun atmosphere. We will go back.

absolutely wonderful experience. service is exceptional, from the server to the bussers, everything was brought in a timely fashion, our dinner went so smoothly. we left so happy. of course, the food is also delicious. definitely visiting more often
