Since 1966, this basement restaurant underneath the Old Town Shopping Center has been serving American and Italian dishes that border on ambitious. In addition to a wide scope of specialty pizza and pasta options, the kitchen also serves such daring creations as pork scaloppini and stuffed eggplant crepes. And since the day it opened it still serves cheese fondue, the house specialty. Parking hassles stand as the lone blemish.

Service was ok. Food not very good at all. Pancakes were so bad no one at the table liked them. Mom had a pork sandwich that was so salty if you had high you probably would die on the spot. I could not tell you anything that would be worth spending your hard earned money on at this place. I was really let down, was looking forward to a nice birthday lunch in Los Gatos.
