Had Windy City for the first time tonight. We were very pleased with it. Chatted with the owner while waiting for order. She was very pleasant and informative. Also had helped us with ordering as we were not familiar with the menu.

RecommendedStaff was super friendly! And the pizza was amazing. We got the deep dish stuffed pizza and it was worth every penny! A medium fed my family of 5 with left overs. When it usually takes two larges this will be my number one pizza choice for now on! Amazing pizza!!

My pizza was doughy and not done it's like they were in a hurry to get it done and I'm not sure why I was the only one there waiting for a pizza they were not even busy I will be calling later today to complain

Thank you for your comments. A thin crust Pepperoni pizza is usually very crispy, never "doughy"... also don't understand what you mean "all the toppings fell off"... except that the Pepperoni topping would have been under the cheese. We want all of our customers to be happy with our pizza and our service, so I will put a credit in our system for the pizza to apply to your next order.
Windy city had become our favorite pizza. We like the deep dish special.

I tried to order a pizza with everything and was told only 5 toppings because that's how they do things. I received my pizza and it was hot. Went to eat the cheese bread sticks and they were doughy and undercooked. The pizza was also very doughy in the middle and the outside edges were OK. I'm sorry you were disappointed in our pizza, we try our very best to make every pizza as perfect as possible. We offered to replace it, but you declined. We also offered you a credit on your next order, and you told us you didn't want it. We tried to please you. As to an everything pizza, we offer 15 different toppings and an "everything pizza" absolutely would not cook, thus we limit toppings to 5 or 6 maximum so they will be fully cooked. 90 percent of our customers buying our Regular Crust pizza like it cooked the way we... read more
