We chose to eat here because we had never tried cauliflower crust pizza and wanted to determine if it would be a good substitute! It was fantastic! And the side lettuce salad was a very generous portion. The staff was kind and attentive. I’ll remain loyal with this kind of quality and service!
We always get the Gluten free pizza and it’s amazing! We also love the cauliflower crust pizza. The owners/staff are always very friendly!
RecommendedBEST PIZZA AROUND!!!! I live in Paris IL and we have several pizza places and Windy City is by far the better one. We will be back!

We made the trip over and enjoyed the small lil pizza place. Service was great and super friendly. When the owner came out of the kitchen to say hi and see how we liked our pizza. My fiance enjoyed their gluten free vegan crust option for her own pizza (no cheese). I fell in love with the sauce on the one my daughter and I shared. The cheese wasn't my fave, but it was okay. The pizza is outrageously delicious... The regular crust is something out of this world.. topping portions are just right the sauce has just the right amount of spice to it... and my super jumbo regular crust was baked to Total perfection... I am one person who orders a 20 inch pizza and puts it in my refrigerator to travel around the country and have awesome food for days...
