The pizza is amazing! My whole family loved it!!!!
I ordered the thin crust pizza and it was yummy! Delivered within the time stated and hot! Definitely will try other crust types.
Highly anticiapted but sorely disappointed. They recommended we call early as it eould be busy. We ordered at 4:15 for delivery at 7:15. Called at 7:30 and told it would be another 20 minutes. Ordered a large stuffed special and cheese sticks. Crust was burnt and inside was barely done. Cheese sticks were cold and bland. I understand you're busy but we ordered 3 hours early. Paid full price for one hour late delivery.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order. I won't try to make any excuses, but this was our 2nd Friday night, and we had one employee call in sick and another did a no-show. That threw a monkey wrench into the ability to keep up for the night. A stuffed pizza is a different kind of pizza... people trying it for the first time either love it, or don't like it. I personally "like" it a lot, but I love my Deep Dish PAN pizza, it is my favorite, and I think it is our very best pizza! I am putting a credit into our system ... read more

Just tried Windy City Pizza today. The crust was perfect, had just the right amount of toppings & cheese, sauce was very tasty. My husband had the stuffed pizza and was extremely happy with his pie.

Tonight we ordered the Large Thin Crust Special and added mushrooms. Our pizza was delicious! I loved the thin crust like a pastry, but my taste buds really enjoyed the sauce! The toppings are generous . Customer service is excellent! I was greeted coming in and Thanked for our business when leaving. Friendly Folks !! Over all I'd say 5 stars! I'll be back for sure!
Everyone in the tri-county area wanted to try it tonight. It's a given turnaround is going to be slow the first few months until things level out. Grab your tissues & quit your bitchin'. It was well worth the wait...& I'll probably be back in just a couple of days. Welcome to Charleston. I'm sure you'll be around for years to come. Don't change a thing.
