I understand that opening a restaurant is chaotic and stressful. That in the first few weeks kinks need to be worked out. That being said it should not take an hour and fifteen minutes for an order. My order was a regular special and a small cheese pizza thin crust. We were told it would be 35 minutes for pick up. Went to pick it up, said it would be another 20 minutes. I apologize for the wait. Early on this evening we got slammed with orders for stuffed and pan pizzas, which slows down all orders because they take a long time to make, and I told the order takers to add an hour to the normal time on all orders. Somehow the person taking your order didn't do that, and consequently this person caused several customers like you to be told the wrong wait time. Very good Pizza! We got a stuffed and thin crust. Both delicious.
That pizza was amazing!!! I got the Stuffed pizza. The Italian Sausage was amazing. Will definatly come back for more!!
Very good pizza! We got the pan and it was so filling I could only eat 1 1/2 slices.
Deep dish was undercooked dough was RAW. Orderd and paid for cheese bread didnt recieve it. Tried to call for 30mins and line was busy. Paid 35 for a pizza and breadsticks and didnt get to eat either one. My bf ate the toppings off the pizza he said they where very good along with the cheese, was very good as well. Would have been 4 stars if the pizza was cooked properly.

We are sorry if the pizza was not done all of the way. If it was a Stuffed pizza, they are timed with a timer so are almost always done completely, unless it was mistakenly pulled early. We were unexpectedly swamped with Stuffed pizza orders our first two nights, but as expected, the trend is now changing to our Deep Dish Pan, Thin and Regular. Please try one of those, you won't be disappointed.
