Verified Renter I LOVE my apartment, my neighbors, my park, and intend to remain here indefinitely. Windsor is my home. (In fact, I've lived here since the building originally opened in 2007, before Windsor purchased the place.) I only hope rents come to reflect realistic, attainable rates allowing us to all remain safe, sound and secure for the immediate and on-going future.
