Verified Renter The community is marketed as luxury apartments, but the apartments were built with low end/cheap materials and low end appliances. The cupboards dont even have well made shelves. They are cheap shelves that rest on the removable plugs rather than being a solid, built in shelf. Cars are often broken into in the secure garage. I often see cars waiting for someone to drive in and then follow them in. Poor security. Current management and staff are great and quick to respond to issues. Verified Renter The location is great, maintenance staff is always helpful and appreciated and management isnt bad but the quality of life has really gone down in the last year and a half or so. Again, its starting to feel like an overpriced (and unsafe) dorm.

They always come with a positive attitude and communicate with me if things needs to be done the next day due to parts that are pending. They finish the job within my apartment within the day or two at most. I appreciate how thorough they are and how much time and care they put into making this apartment great!! I appreciate them a lot :)

Verified Renter I enjoy the quietness of the complex. I wish that the homeless tents were not so close to the complex and the neighborhood. One evening I walked up and there was someone homeless sleeping on the steps.
