Great experience. I called to see if I could bring in my watch to have the band replaced and they told me to come on over. Greg was great - had my watch band swapped out within 5min. Jeremy was also very helpful. I plan on making my next watch purchase from here.
I am so grateful to Greg Bires. After my Mother died I wanted to take the diamonds from her original wedding ring from my Dad and have them set in a new mounting to wear. It was such an emotional thing to deal with but when finished, the ring is spectacular and symbolizes a trinity of love with me and my parents. Greg was kind, compassionate and created this beautiful legacy I now proudly wear. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend Windsor Jewelry!
