This is THE place to go for all your jewelry needs! The staff is incredible and the prices are more than fair. The team took and idea that my husband and I had for my wedding band and made it happen seamlessly. Because that ring went so well, my husband also ordered another custom ring that was based off of a design of a (cheap sterling silver) ring he had bought me years prior. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Today Jeremy helped me with a repair and find an item I'd been looking all over for.
I was helped by a very nice and professional guy named Jeremy, he made sure he listened to what I was looking for and nailed it!!! Although the item I bought was not really expensive, I was treated no different than the other customers who were buying wedding rings, I had no idea of how reasonable their pricing is. Would definitely try them out for your jewelry needs as well as cleanings. Excellent Service!
Professional and very courteous. Through research and persistence they were able to repair/restore my college class ring at no cost to me but the shipping and handling. They also service all my watches with same day or next day service that I appreciate.
