Great community to call home. Lived here for over 10 years, and the staff has treated me like family from day one. From Brittany, to Hailey and Tony, you can't ask for a better front office. The maintenance staff is A-1 as well. If and whenever I've had to call for them, they show up quickly to address the issue. Neighbors are great and friendly, no issues of crime, and the pool, grounds and laundry facilities are well kept.
Windsor Court is a great place to live from my experience. The people who work it are nice and professional in their dealings. It's a quiet place to live with mostly friendly people. It's position along the Knoxville Area Transit route. More specifically the route 90, which is active during the day, and you are not too far off on the route 20 (Central Ave./Clinton Hwy.), but expect to walk a good bit to get back to the apartments. It close to several restaurants and grocery stores.
I have been living at Windsor Court for a little over a year now and I have to say that I have little to no complaints about being here. It is an all around friendly neighborhood to be in and all of the residents are very welcoming. The management staff here at Windsor Court goes above and,beyond to help their residents and will do what they can to work with them in tight situations and I can personally vouch for them on that. The biggest thing about living here is that they are pet friendly first, and all the staff love my dog and cat (which means alot in my book). Any time we have needed maintenance, they get here quick and work to fix any issues. Haley is my fav person in the office.....her and mike helped us get set up here and she's my go to girl. I and my son have lived here for going on 7 years and other than some problems with crazy neighbors it has been a good experience. The office and maintenance staff are great and we have always been treated graciously and respectfully. The only drawbacks I have is that there are no washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartment and the windows are showing their age, they have to be propped open and let air in or out depending on the season. Other than that it is a really good place to live.
The one thing i LOVE about living here is the pool access and the garage dumpster is close to me. And also i get to have my 2 dogs here with me :) Hali B
