One of the 2 laundry machines in my building has been broken for at least a month now. I've spoken to 2 different people in the office about this as well as writing in my own maintenance request. The request has been ignored for over a month (as are most of my maintenance requests), and the office just told me to "not use that machine." Well, that's great, but there are at least 14 other people living in this building and there needs to be more than one working washing machine. RecommendedI just moved in and the office staff was so nice with the process. The property looks like they maintain them and I'm so excited my kids have a playground and pool we don't have to drive for. The rent for all the amenities and distance to downtown was one of the better priced.

if you all are gonna to jack my rent up 20 dollars more than what we agreed upon, the least you could do is fix or replace the washers and dryers that aren't working and do something about the roaches

We will ask our Maintenance Supervisor to check the washers and dryers in your building and we will also schedule Pest Control to visit your apartment this week.
My husband and I have absolutely loved living here! It’s in a great location and management is very helpful and nice. We definitely wouldn’t have moved if it wasn’t for my husband switching schools 2 hours away!
This is my 3rd year living here and I love it. The office staff is pleasant and easy to work with and the maintenance staff is quick and professional.
The guys at the office are awesome, the facilities are well maintained and it's a great place to live.
I’m fed up with the laundry situation here. I have complained so many times about the token machine being out or the dryers not working. I’m over it! Fix it and fix it now! The public laundry mat is not safe at night and y’all are supposed to provide laundry facilities. I shouldn’t have to pay what I pay and have to risk my life just to wash clothes. I’m fed up!!
Dirty, nasty, bugs, dog poop, expensive water and trash!! Aggressive dogs...Maintenance very slow, have 2 broken dryers that have been down for at least 2 months. They don’t care just money hungry. Apartment is ok just has roaches. If maintenance or pest control come by and knock and nobody answers, they WILL and DO let themselves in YOUR apartment!!! Recommend tiny cameras. There are no screens on windows, can’t get fresh air.
