Salesman was knowledgeable. Installer was detailed. Would have scored higher but one frame was cracked on delivery. Left it installed until replacement ready. Had to call and find out status. Was told it was ready and someone would call back to schedule install. Haven't been contacted in over a week since I called and a month since bad window was installed. Sales and install were great, after install customer service is lacking

This is my second set of WW windows. The install was fast. All windows were correct size. I would recommend these to anyone. Even my propane man asked me why we didn't order more propane last winter...he thought we were buying from another company. Buy the 4000 series, you won't be disappointed.
You did well with everything except I was disappointed in when the installers left i noticed the cocking had a bunch of air bubbles in it and sank into the window seals cause there was only a thin layer of it
