Very professiinal crew. Had a slight hiccup after a major storm, they sent a representative almost immediately even though we live 50 miles away, very happy with customer service & installers. Plus our windows not only look great our utilities have dropped & the outside noises are non-existent.
I was pleased overall with the salesperson and the installers. However the feedback form should be left with the customer, with prepaid postage, instead of being completed immediately after the windows are installed and while the installers wait. Also, giving the completed form to the installers may cause less than honest feedback. I live on a high traffic corner lot and told the installers I was willing to put a sign in my yard. They did not ask me, I mentionef it to them. They did not have any signs with them so the advert... read more

I had Window World windows installed in the house that I moved from AND the new house that I moved to! It was one of the first things that I did after moving in. I have been thrilled with the quality and customer service that Window World provides.â¤
Work was performed & completed on schedule. All work & materials were first class. The new Windows made an immediate reduction in outside noise filtering into our house. The was a noticeable reduction in utility bills
