I love Window World windows. I have bought them before and thought they were great. After 30 years they found my records.
I was not satisfied with the installation, the calking had gaps/cracks and the doors did not latch correctly. I was charged $100 a day for 2 days travel time and it only took one day. I contacted the office about the calking and they did not respond.
Excellent, affordable, honest, high qiality, and painless!!!

I really can't think of a thing, we split the installation in two separate times and both crews we vwry professional.
It's been 3-4 years since I received the service of Window World. I believe it was in 2013 when my windows were installed but it was a great experience! Everyone was friendly and they installed my windows very fast and efficiently! I just recommended window world to my fiancée's father and they received an estimate.
Great! Will use again.
Scheduling was a issue, but very happy with windows and the install, hard to reach the scheduler though
