After what I saw at my son's house, I would never buy from them. What was the excuse for the long wait? Poor customer service!!
The windows fit great the installers were even better the Father and Son team were professional courteous and very clean would recommend to anybody

Ordered nine windows, only one window was wrong not due to their fault the window was put in differently from all the others, looked the same. We had 24 windows and 2 doors installed at the end of January not one of them was standard size. They did an amazing job! Everything is perfect! They crew was great! I wouldn’t get doors or windows anywhere else! Thank you Window World!
